Who I Am
ABOUT CONNIE
Insight, clarity, and direct personal service.
Listening comes first
Connie begins by understanding the property, the decision in front of you, and who needs to rely on the work. That conversation shapes a focused assignment instead of forcing every situation into the same template.
Independent analysis
Her role is to develop and communicate an objective residential property opinion for the stated use—not to advocate for a preferred result. Property facts, relevant market evidence, and transparent reasoning guide the work.
Reporting you can understand
A well-supported appraisal should explain more than a final number. Connie connects the property facts, market evidence, assumptions, limitations, and reconciliation so clients and their advisors can understand how the conclusion was developed.
Colorado residential focus
Concept Appraisal Services serves Littleton, the Denver metro, and surrounding areas. Assignments may involve townhomes, condominiums, smaller and larger homes, acreage, horse properties, land influence, and complex residential features.
Colorado appraisal team
Connie leads and completes the valuation process, including scope, research, analysis, reconciliation, value conclusions, reporting, and client questions. When an on-site appraisal viewing is part of the assignment, one of two certified residential appraisers on her Colorado team conducts the property observation; an assistant supports scheduling, coordination, and records.
One professional connection
Clients communicate directly with Connie about scope, valuation analysis, reporting, and questions that follow. Her communication is calm, plain-English, respectful, and centered on what the assignment needs.
Every property has a story, and every client has a reason. Connie's aim is to bring clarity, perspective, and professional insight so you can move forward with confidence.
